Bridge too far

England v Uruguay Report
[T]o make matters worse, Wayne Bridge was carried off with injured ankle ligaments after an accidental collision with `keeper Paul Robinson.

...

It was a cruel twist for Chelsea full-back Bridge who is back in regular Barclays Premiership action, on loan at Fulham, after breaking his ankle last year.

Chris Coleman and Jose Mourinho will not be too happy either.
I assume all you nay-sayers will be moving to Kromkamp now? ;-)

i might pick up kromps if finnan is injured. if not then i won't because he won't start.

but there are still other good defensive picks. e.g. eboue, riggott, sun and other mcy defenders, gary cahill - villa, ramage, etc. also lots of people have loads of spare units this week, so they have the possibility of picking up an expensive defender. i have 6.45 spare units and i'm happy with my team how it is atm, so i might splash out on a more expensive defender.

also, bridge isn't confirmed injured yet. he is going for a scan tomorrow. and i think that coleman will do all he can to get bridge into the team. he idolizes him.

quite a funny article. coleman put bridge's first 5 games for fulham onto dvd and he got all the young defenders to watch it. and he analyzed it himself as well
