Cech feared leg was broken
Cech momentarily thought he had suffered a serious injury, but is relieved that he is unlikely to miss any games for the champions-elect.
So don't rush to buy Cudicini just yet. C'mon, admit that it crossed your mind. It's okay, we're all friends here.

  1. Actually, my first reaction was going to be putting a quick bet down on the US in their first group match of the world cup - but Cudicini would have been a quick 2nd...

hey people, anyone noticed how we're running out of gameweeks but there are loads of fixtures left? for example, boro don't have a game in week 37, yahoo only recognise 1 more gameweek, 38 being the last, but boro have 4 more fixtures???!!!

Any ideas how they will be fitted in, will we have a multiple gameweek for week 38 spanning 2 weekends or will the 7th May fixtures be ignored?

Sorry this has nothing to do with Cech's knee, but posting on main message board is a waste of time!

I've been pondering that myself. Any experienced users know how it worked last year? I think a 4 game week would be too much to wrap my head around!

I am doubted that whether MANU and CHE ,etc... will be counted as a match on this SAT of Yahoo's schedure or not....Since they are supposed to have a match on this SAT....but Yahoo does not post that.......

The sensible thing is for yahoo to add one more week to the schedule and carry on more or less as normal. This will mean next week being quite hectic with 8 teams playing twice and Middlesbrough playing 3 games (Guess who's looking at picking up JFH and/or Viduka post lockdown this weekend ;)) then the last week will be a straightforward week with everyone playing once on the Sunday.

Should Yahoo screw things up the most likely way they'll do it is to ignore the final weekend completely.
