Birmingham - Bolton

Birmingham - Bolton

Lineups are announced and players are warming up
I'm surprised to be so excited by this game, but the more I think about it, the more I realize that it's a big one.

First we have the whole "will they or won't they" with Yahoo! fantasy points. I have Jussi, Jay-Jay, and Kevin Davies in my team this week. So I'm hoping they will! ;-)

But this game also has huge implications at both ends of the table -- for both the relegation fight AND the fight for European places.

Good luck to all!

UPDATE: Following the text of the game at work, but it sounds brutal. Jarosik's goal one of two shots on target all half? And the other coming at the death from Nolan (whom Neal has on his team). Sounds like a game neither team wants to lose, and it sounds like painful viewing. And it's not the bumper fantasy pay-day I was looking for either. So far...

Still looking for bumper fantasy days from Bolton games? How quickly they forget.

I shall be very happy if they fail to get a Euro spot.

who would hav thought maik taylor would be goalie of the week

  3. Chris -- you're right. the lure of the 2 gamer was too strong though. and hell, they all got good points v. manu. who would have thunk that?

better luck next week, let's hope

I think you have all made a mistake. The reason the Bolton Birmingham game wasn't on the listings is because it was a replay from a postponed game earlier in the season. That means that if you have had Bolton or Birm players in your squad for the original game your tally for that week should rise after the Tuesday game.

Anonymous is right. I'm afraid you'll only get points for the Man U game chaps. Good thinking but sadly no bumper point total for your cunning selections hahaha

when the newcastle charlton game was postponed, the points were awarded for the week it replayed, the same week as spurs wigan. Dont know why birm v bolt isnt on tho.

  7. you've always gotten pts the week the game was played. that being said, if yahoo wants to pretend that brm/bolton didn't happen, i'm sure not too many will complain.

hear that yahoo!? nothing to see here. please disperse.

ah, but what happens now the rescheduled fixture this week is Arsenal away at Pompey? Will Yahoo add it before deadline, do we gamble an stick Arsenal players in against manu and hope (like Bolton last week)or do we stick wiv double manu an regret it if the Arsenal game is added? Also, how come they are playing hokey cokey with the manu v sund fixture, ie, in, out, in, out! And finally, can i have either my retrospective Jarosik pts or my Okocha pts for the brum v bolt game?
