In an effort to raise money and awareness for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America, I'm competing in the Solana Beach Triathlon with my company, Active.com.
In the spirit of American Top Forty and its "Long Distance Dedication", I'm offering you the chance to send a Sprint Distance Dedication, in honor of the triathlon being a sprint distance race, to someone you love, miss, want to thank, or even anonymously tell to leave you alone already!
