Steven Gerrard will not travel to Amsterdam for England's friendly with Holland on Wednesday. Gerrard has returned to Liverpool as a precaution due to a tight groin.Aren't international weeks - especially those immediately in advance of the season opener - grand? I guess Gerrard joins Foster, Nani, and a host of others (Agger, Skrtel, Carragher, and Torres on Liverpool alone) in being set for the dreaded "late fitness test" and fantasy managers are due for a few more sleepness nights before the big kick-off.
