Not sure when it may have happened, and it doesn't look like they have filtered through the private group standings, but the MID/POR points from week 2 are listed.
You are right (up to the time of writing) it has not been propogated throughout as yet. you can see from the weekly performance that week 2 scores are different than that on the team page for week 2. I'm 2 points from top in my private group and Good old Matt Taylor gave me 7 points. I can't wait to take the lead.
Yahoo received many emails regarding this issue.
