Five minutes before the break, Ekotto forced Antti Niemi into a diving save at his near post with a thunderous right-foot drive while Chimbonda's late header would have gone in but for the bravery of Boa Morte and Helguson.

I was right on Woodside, Assou-Ekotto, and A. Cole. Wrong on Rooney... but locked Rooney in at $14 and change....

Taking those points from Woodside and running. Out with Ballack, Mascherano, and Woodside. In with A. Young, Eboue, and Baptista. Arsenal's result, cheap current prices, and nothing but promoted teams and Charlton for the next month looks like easy scoring.

Points were pretty hard to come by this week. My best two were AJ and Stefanovic, and it all goes downhill from there.

ReplyDeleteRooney was at 14 and change after the Sat. night update. Dropped $4+ Sat night. Sold Rooney and re-bought him two dollars cheaper (didn't want to update value of whole team). Then Rooney went back up $2 Sunday night. :D

-Sold Rooney for the $18+ I had previously bought him and left slot empty.
-Re-bought Rooney immediately at $14+
-Rooney went up $2 in Sunday night update to $16+
