Hoped to be higher but it was my second season (over 10 000 places up compering to my last one) so I think I have no reason to complain.

i honestly wish the the phrase THE BARN DOOR IS CLOSED PERMANENTLY, would be a permanent thing. i, personally hate the barn boor. i don't think it is a fair way to judge peoples real abilities. the people that are rewarded are those, ignoring family and real life, that can sit in front of a tv and computer for half of saturday and half of sunday. it is not how any other fantasy games happen, even the other yahoo leagues are different. you can change your team a day after the last game, after the prices adjusted. the barndoor takes away the real choosing of players and replaces it with hurriedly picking up players, before their price goes up. the barndoor also is unfair to me. i made a few awesome picks this year, not a lot mind you, but as soon my pick came through people got the player at my price. that is stupid. when i play the other yahoo leagues, i actually try to predict trends of players, hoping to get onto a player for several game spurt and you want to keep a player longer to take advantage of the price. i starting teaching english on saturdays and dropped out of the top 750. i then realized, how idiotic i had been, not doing anything with my kids, until the games were over, etc. i have gotten back my life and fell down the table greatly. i am in the top 3000.

Third in the private group...one spot ahead of Jeremy, one point (one!) behind Smurfette for second place. I wanted to be top 3000 overall and I rallied for a top-2000 finish. I'm stoked! Quite pleased with myself in my rookie season.
I blame/thank Jeremy and Neal and AM. I had a blast this year...thanks, guys! See you in August!

Jeremy and Neal, thanks so much for being such great ambassadors for the sport. No other fantasy sport that I have played have I encountered such a great community and I credit you two for really setting a class example. You should take pride in those who credit you as inspirations, specifically Assistant Manager and many of the forum regulars. It may seem a bit silly in the vast scheme of things but I really draw a great deal of enjoyment and pride in being associated with this community.
