Birmingham winger Gary McSheffrey joins Nottingham Forest on loan for the rest of the season.Two years ago McSheffrey was the engine behind Birm's promotion to the Premier League, and I was touting him - albeit just a little tongue in cheek - as the next Frank Lampard. And now he can't get a game and is being shipped off to the wrong end of the Championship table.
Here's hoping that Sheff can regain his fitness and find his form. Who knows, maybe he'll be back in the Premier League next season after all.
