Turkish champions Galatasaray have announced the signing of former Liverpool attacker Harry Kewell on a three-year contract.

Kewell had been available on a free transfer after not being offered a new deal at Anfield following five injury-plagued seasons with the club.

Portsmouth had been linked with a bid to keep the Australian in the Premier League, while Roma had been tipped to sign the 29-year-old.

What do you meam your long national nightmare is over? Get a grip. Kewell has gone to Galatasaray so what. England would not have any international players based on this shit. England systematically raped the world and you have no problem with them coming to your clubs. Two supporters from leeds got stabbed. Big Deal, people get stabbed every single day in your rat infested cities. What a crap thing to even talk about. why don't you try to win something for a change (or even qualify), maybee you would not be so sour if you did DAVE, AUSTRALIA
