Easing my way back into the blog with a matchday open thread. I'm going to try to follow Ful/Wig, Brm/Liv and then Eve/WHU today. After a decent Saturday - goals from Drogs, Bendt and Tevez and hopefully three assists from AJ - I'm looking for points from THo, Gardner, Osman and Maxi.
You?
"That nearly threatened to be a moment of excitement right there."
ReplyDeleteSad commentary from the Brm/Liv match.
Where have you been buddy? Haven't seen you blog in ages. Hope you're alright :)
ReplyDeleteBily. 1-0.
ReplyDeleteOh, Billy Billy Billy Billy...

Went to early Mass ... got back in time to find the second half of the Brum/Pool match. Got it on and Everton/Hammers ... what the hell is Rafa thinking taking Torres off? Doesn't he know I could use some points?
ReplyDeleteTim-MAY!!!
ReplyDeleteWho's that redhead sitting behind Zola? About three rows back, headset on, among the WHU officials and players...nice!
ReplyDeleteReally annoyed about adam johnson - he did nothing for me the last few weeks so I dropped him - and now he has another break out week. More due to Burnleys awful, awful defence than anything else I guess...real Derby esque play.
ReplyDeleteWhat a Hammers comeback! Ilan...wow! (And since I know you're as concerned as I am: the redhead appears to be working with the public-address announcer.)
ReplyDeleteHi there, thanks for using one of my pictures on your blog, however I would like to be credited underneath the photo... thanks..
ReplyDeleteHappy to add a credit. Will "courtesy Lynchie999" with a link suffice?
ReplyDeleteCCR: the redhead needs to button her blouse! It's simply unprofessional. But god bless her. And HD.
ReplyDeleteyeh, thats fine... I'm not having a moan... its just good practice to have credits under photos etc...
ReplyDeleteI missed the redhead. Screenshot!?
ReplyDelete@Lynchie999, it's done. Thanks for the use of the photo. I think I'm complying with all of Flickr's terms of service when I use a photo, but I'll be sure to double check.
ReplyDeleteMichel Salgado has been the best thing about my fantasy team the past few weeks. That about says it all right there. I scratched and clawed to get all the way up to a high water mark of 750th 3 weeks ago, and since then I've been in a freefall right back to 1800th.
ReplyDeleteAlso, Torres is getting very close to the "dead to me" list. I kept holding Rooney at 16 while Torres was going nuts, and then when I finally bit the bullet and made the switch (and gutted my keeper from Robbo to James and moved from Duff to Wilshere to make it happen) he goes out and lays an egg. I should have known, as I don't think I've ever picked Torres for one of the weeks where he went off.
ReplyDelete@J. Dunn - If it serves as consolation I'll be lucky to get 50 points for this week, don't ask me how it happened...it just did!
ReplyDeleteJames
Bale/Jagielka/Campbell
Bullard/Etherington/Ohara/Dunn/Denilson
Tevez/Saha
You think I just didn't know what the hell I was doing with that team or everything unexpected just happen to me??? Well it's time to take risks and I'm going almost all in on sure Double gamers...
Sorensen
Hangeland/Hughes/Bale(Gold!)
Bullard/Etherington/Malouda/Dempsey
Altidore/Fuller/Moreno
I like Bullard(Discount) and Malouda(Full), great match-ups, and Bale...well nuff said! Not sure about Moreno, I have 6 left so will be changing it up over and over again until I find enough good choice Double gamers.
saul,
ReplyDeletei think u take a big risk...for more balance i think u should change sorenson to capt. kirk, hughes to konchesky or hangeland to stoke's def, dempsey to duff, and upgrade moreno to zamora/kitson/sidibe..fuller injured but dunno how long...just my opinion..

alibaba
