Everton lost badly today, but their injury situation is what will worry fantasy managers.
To add to Moyes' injury woes, Russian winger Diniyar Bilyaletdinov ended the match with a strapping to his thigh and is doubtful for the Barclays Premier League match at Bolton on Sunday.
Moyes added: "We will need to assess him when we get back as well. I am not sure either yet who might be fit for the weekend."
So that just adds to the long list... Neville, Arteta, Jagielka, Pienaar, and now Yobo and Osman. Bily was a very popular pick up - attacking middie, taking kicks - especially after his goal last weekend. At Bolton was a decent fixture as well. But now, we'll likely have to look elsewhere for that spot. If you got him at 4-something your options are VERY limited. Rodwell, Kightly, Mok... Brown is suspended. Is Scholes back yet? Something to look at. Kilbane playing at center back? Sidwell?
Jordan Henderson!
ReplyDeleteBaines injured as well.
ReplyDeletehow about o'hara as a replacement for bily is KPB still a good pick up
ReplyDeleteif billy really injured, ohara is the man to pick
ReplyDeletebenitez? He's back..will he play?
ReplyDeleteIs it worth holding on to Bily. Yahoo's Premiere League news has Peinaar ready to come back.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't sound like Bily's injury is that serious. I'm thinking about chancing it. Mags raises a good point about peinaar though. Will he knock Bily off the field when he comes back?
ReplyDeleteif everton are so decimated is anyone looking at taylor? he looks expensive, but is consistent...
ReplyDeletedefinitely looking at Taylor. Barndoored him before he even scored last week.
ReplyDeleteI got Bily at 6.2 and he's at 9ish now. Gonna risk it.
ReplyDeleteWhy not too much mention on Chelsea players...they play Blackburn. I know they lost last week, but I think they're gonna come back from that defeat guns blazing at Stamford Bridge.
ReplyDeleteJeremy - What would you say to an all Chelsea team and which players do you think will play?
